Overview

SH Analytics Academy ("we", "our", "us") offers live Excel and data analytics training, 1:1 mentorship sessions, and portfolio creation & hosting services. This page outlines the refund and cancellation terms for each service type.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Please read the applicable policy for your service before making a payment.

1. Course Registration — Refund Policy

We offer a limited, conditional refund for eligible course payments only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You attended the first live session of the course
  • You submit a refund request within 24 hours of the first live session ending
  • Your attendance and payment are successfully verified by SH Analytics Academy

Important Conditions

  • Refund requests submitted after the 24-hour window will not be accepted
  • Failure to attend the first live session makes you ineligible for any refund
  • Session recordings are released only after the 24-hour refund window has expired
  • Refund approval is subject to verification of attendance, payment records, and account activity
If we detect misuse of access, sharing of session links, unauthorized recording, or attempts to unfairly benefit from the session with intent to request a refund, the refund may be denied.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

2. 1:1 Mentorship — Refund Policy

No refunds are available for 1:1 mentorship bookings once payment has been made.

If your preferred date or time slot needs adjustment, SH Analytics Academy will contact you with the nearest available alternative. Final session confirmation is shared by email or WhatsApp within 24–36 hours of booking.

3. Portfolio Creation & Hosting — Refund Policy

No refunds are available for portfolio creation and hosting services once payment has been made.

Payment confirms your selected plan and initiates the content collection, review, and service preparation process. A separate email will be sent within 24–36 business hours to collect the required content, files, and instructions needed to begin your portfolio.

4. Payment Processing & Refund Timelines

All payments are processed through Razorpay. SH Analytics Academy does not store card details, UPI credentials, or banking information.

For approved refunds (course registration only), the amount will be returned through the original payment method used at the time of booking. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider and is outside our direct control.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a course refund (within the 24-hour window after attending the first live session), contact us by email with the following details:

  • Your full name as registered
  • Your registered email address
  • The course name and batch details
  • Your Razorpay payment reference or order ID
  • Reason for refund request
